Under certain circumstances, employers may have a need for temporary professional management support, in which case secondment offers a good and a reliable solution. To fulfil these temporary positions Hansink & De Looper works together with freelancers or candidates who are on Hansink & De Looper’s payroll. The employer is charged the actual number of hours worked. 

The selection procedure for temporary posts is similar to a normal recruitment and selection procedure.

Once the initial terms have been agreed, Hansink & De Looper will prepare a secondment contract setting out all details of the agreement (duties, duration, number of hours/days, charges etc.). We remain in close contact with both parties during the period of secondment.
