Second opinion

Hansink & De Looper offers the service of a ‘second opinion’ to employers engaged in recruitment. The client is able to use the expertise of our agency without the need for a full recruitment and selection assignment.

The employer is responsible for the initial interview and shortlisting of candidates and will involve Hansink & De Looper during the last phase of the selection process. To be able to provide this service effectively, Hansink & De Looper will work with the employer to ensure a thorough understanding of the job profile, the personal requirements of the prospective employee, and the company culture. Hansink & De Looper reviews the curricula vitae of the relevant candidates and schedules criterion-based interviews to build a full picture of each individual. The candidates are then asked to complete a personality test – the Personal Profile Analysis (PPA). The PPA lists the behavioural characteristics of a person and provides an insight into how people behave at work.

The employer will receive the outcome of the PPA, as well as a report reflecting our findings from the interview within a week of the briefing. This will also include advice regarding points of development specific to the candidate. This timescale is of course subject to the candidates’ availability to schedule an interview at short notice. The employer will be able to make a much more informed choice by using the results of our ‘second opinion’ service. We will assess a maximum of 3 candidates as part of this service.

An intake is non-committal and free of charge.

The fees for a this service are:
For one candidate € 495,- ex VAT
For two candidates € 795,- ex VAT
For three candidates € 995,- ex VAT
