Under certain circumstances,
employers may have a need for temporary professional management
support, in which case secondment offers a good and a reliable
solution. It means that the candidate is on Hansink & De Looper’s
payroll and that the employer is charged the actual number of
hours worked. The hourly charge is based on the candidate’s
gross monthly salary.
The selection procedure for temporary posts is similar to a normal
recruitment and selection procedure.
Once the initial terms have been agreed, Hansink & De Looper
will prepare a secondment contract setting out all details of
the agreement (duties, duration, number of hours/days, charges
etc.). We remain in close contact with both parties during the
period of secondment.
