After-service and Coaching Once a candidate has been hired, we maintain contact with both our client and the candidate for a period of six months. A new job and a new work environment requires a lot of adaptation of the candidate. In order to speed up this process, we offer our candidates coaching sessions, which can be made use of with the authorization of the employer. This involves three coaching sessions that take place on the work floor. Individual coaching improves the motivation, productivity en diminishes insecurity, as the candidate feels appreciated and will be more involved with the organization. For this we work closely together with Vivienne Feitsma of “Your Coach”(member of Dutch foundation of Professional Coaches). It goes without saying that these sessions will not be charged, and come for our account. |
