As a result of our experience and interest in people we offer a number of services to develop and/or coach management assistants.

We use a mix of the following methods:

• Communication and interview techniques

The workshop "Je CV als visitekaartje" (Your CV is your business card), which we developed will also be used for this course as well as the interview training "Zelfbewust de arbeidsmarkt op!" (Be self-confident and increase your job opportunities!).

The right moment to start the development course could be:
• When individual support is requested
• To investigate the secretarial department
• To analyze the team culture
• To support management assistants from one job to the next

We would like to discuss the opportunities in an interview and based on the outcome we will determine the content and the duration of the coaching course together.
